“I ordered a product late on Sunday night. It was delivered Tuesday lunchtime. You cannot ask for a standard delivery better than that. Product installed and working within twenty minutes of delivery. First class service all round.”

“I placed my order early November, knowing it was out of stock. I was not given an estimated delivery date and when contacted I was told we are expecting them soon Eventually More fitting arrived only to find it damaged. I contacted customer service again and was told they would send me a returns email. I had to contact them again to ask for this to be sent and when I might expect a replacement. I was told they were expecting them on the 12th of December and would be despatched straight away. it is now the 18th and still no fitting or information”
