“Good price as no extra delivery charges on fittings. Website, delivery, etc, all good. Good experience for my first order from them, though as I didn't need to contact them I obviously can't rate them for when things go wrong.”

“I am giving them 4 stars even though I did not end having the lighting that I had ordered. I realised within 15 minutes of ordering the two lights that I had bought the wrong length.. I rang up immediately and spoke to a member of staff and she was very helpful and told me that the goods were already in transit. She told me to tell the delivery driver that I wanted to reject the goods as not suitable and he should take them away. In the event the driver did not want to take the goods and went away .I called Lighting Direct straight away and they contacted the driver who came back quite soon for the parcel. The money I had paid has been returned to my bank account. I am sorry I cannot rate the goods but their customer service was really good”

“Company fine to deal with. However their delivery services could be better - requested next day delivery and it took three days and the courier apparently delivered it but left no card. Lighting direct quickly resolved the situation however.”

“very efficient and the downlighters did what the information said. it should be made clearer that the GU10 lights have to be dimmable if you are using a dimmer. GU10 dimmable lamps not easy to find and are expensive if not bought from lighting direct”
