“I would have said 'excellent' here but the delivery instructions on the site were inaccurate. On the product page it said 10 days, but when I ordered it this changed to FedEx next day delivery, so my expectations were raised that it would come quickly. Actually, this turned out to be an error and my product eventually arrived within the 10 day limit.”

“The lights came within 3 days which was great. 1 was damaged and they have immediately replaced it without question within another 3 days which I am very impressed with. I had previously ordered 2 similar lights from John Lewis - they were 3 weeks late and one was also damaged - I have had to wait another 3 weeks for the replacement. Lighting Direct 10 John Lewis 0”

“I was disappointed in the colour of the light, it was more silver than antique brass so have changed it for polished brass. Both items were delivered the next day. I have not yet had confirmation that the item I returned has been received by the company.”

“The order arrived within the specified timescale with good study bubble wrap around the box. Shame the were a couple of unsightly coffee cup rings on the box the lamp came in - would have been a problem if it was being given as a present.”

“I think you need more description as we did not know that the inside of the very visible lights are white! Yet the outside is antique chrome. Since you have the light above your ahead all you can see is the white inside not the Antique Chrome. Which is such a shame and really is not in keeping with the style of the 'old fashioned' looking light.”

“I have no problem with the service. And the lighting itself is very efficient. The bulbs however where terrible - low energy G10's!! Took 5 mins to light the kitchen and where so dull I couldn't even see to make a cuppa! I know they are not cheap bulbs but would rather had paid less and bought my own low energy G10 LED's which is what I thought I was buying!! And had to buy again as couldn't use the rubbish they sent me! Not to mention two of those bulbs failed in 24hrs... Not quite long life!! Ha so they replace them!! Can't give the things away... No one wants them. Very disappointed”
