“My order was delayed and I had to phone up to find out what was happening - only to discover two extra items had been added to my order, which I had not asked for, and as these were obscure items they weren't in stock and this was holding back the items that I had ordered and did want. Once sorted out, delivery was next day.”

I am sorry that your order was delayed however an email was sent to you on 27th October at 20:38 advising of a delay so perhaps you overlooked this. With regard to extra items on your order, this is indeed a mystery. Orders placed on-line, such as yours, are electronically transferred to our fully automated warehouse to be picked and packed with no intervention in between.
