“I was generally happy with the service provided by Lighting Direct. However I placed an order for delivery the next working day but unfortunately the light fitting did not arrive on the expected day. I called to find out where my order was and a very nice lady said she would look into it and call me back. Unfortunately she did not call me back so I called the next day and spoke with her again at which time she apologised for not calling me back and confirmed that the light fitting would be delivered that day which it was.”

“Excellent, very quick service, if product in stock. Also excellent customer service as they Replaced broken item by next day delivery. However would suggest they check Rock lights before despatch, as second replacement had two out of four again broken. However was able to get 5 out of the eight working anyway. Also bought one Globe light which I am thrilled with. Have only lowered my review because of the broken items.”

“could be better. my light said it was in stock so I ordered it then they rang and said it would be available in one month, no problem I wasn't in a rush bit I did have to chase the order which then came that week. I would use them again. I was very happy with my order when it arrived.”

“Easy to browse lighting options with a good range of filtering option, however would be useful if the different types of light within a range could be linked automatically e.g. wall/ceiling lights. Also, one of the lights purchased turned out to be much larger than it appeared in the photos, but this was not a problem. For one of the lights, the associated bulb was missing and it wasn't clear what type of bulb should be ordered.”
