“Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and still hasn’t even been dispatched. When I emailed to ask what was going on they replied saying they are planning on dispatching the items 7 days later. What sort of nonsense is that, not dispatching an order for close to 3 weeks. Website and range of lights is good, so I think they deserve 2 stars but I also think I’m being generous at that.”

“I have been asked to provide a review less than 24 hours after the item was delivered. Guess what, I've not had a chance to fit it yet nor are there any bulbs to test it when it is fitted. I wish companies would stop sending automated messages that clearly indicate no desire to engage personally with their customers”
