“Well packaged and items bought had good boxes so suitable as gifts. Quick dispatch. Slight deterioration inside one candle battery compartment (works but time will tell) and all candle tops have marks and imperfections. Hopefully will not be noticeable when displayed. Bought in year end sale. If paid full price would have returned battery operated candle set.”

“Great lights really speedy delivery at a very busy time of year. Getting the lights unravelled is a bit of a faff, as they get caught up with each other. But the patient is totally worth it as they are beautiful.”

“Poor Service ordered 14/12 contacted customer service online - no response. After calling on 18/12 finally delivered 19/12. No option to change delivery or nominate a safe place. Advertised as one day delivery - arrived 5 days after order placed at 20:45 - lucky we were home!. Products seem ok - no use so can't realistically comment. Not all pieces ordered available upon delivery.”

“Ordered a string of Festoon outdoor lighting Order promptly dispatched and delivered in good condition. Didn`t like the fact that overnight the price was reduced 40% and unable to supply festoon bulbs to fit with no idea when they would be in stock again. Overall disapointed”
