“Excellent service! Lamps arrived quickly and well-packaged. The lamps themselves were easy to put together and give a really lovely light - I bought two for bedside, and just love the touch on/off (am hoping my cat won't develop the skills to use them!).”

“As soon as I made my order I realised that I had not put my work address as delivery address so emailed the hem straight after to change delivery address, no confirmation and still sent to my home address not my work address as asked, then when APC delivery was due I chose a safe place to Leave my parcel and they couldn’t even follow simple instructions!! No having trouble getting it re delivered”

“Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and still hasn’t even been dispatched. When I emailed to ask what was going on they replied saying they are planning on dispatching the items 7 days later. What sort of nonsense is that, not dispatching an order for close to 3 weeks. Website and range of lights is good, so I think they deserve 2 stars but I also think I’m being generous at that.”
