“On line order was easy and delivery as promised however when opening g the box, disappointed to find the product had scratches in several places and large fingerprints. Not sure this was a brand new item as would be expected so getting in touch to complain and return item.”

“Very poor service from the customer service department. I raised a number of questions on my order by email but never even replied. To three of my emails. I also had a further request but they did not accolade my order. Very poor and phoning is also a problem as it’s just rings and rings with no answer.”

“I looked at this outside light a few times before I decided to order. I am so glad I did , its fabulous. It arrived next day, well packaged and was really easy to fit. I also ordered the bulb advised to use by the company. It is a very sturdy and heavy light with glass all round to protect from weather, and it looks great on the wall. I am already thinking of ordering another two for rear of the house. Great quality light and great service from Lighting Direct.”
