“LD didn’t have enough stock of the light I wanted. Dean hunted me down several alternatives and I found one that was a great replacement. More importantly the light was in stock. LD exceeded my expectations.”

“Items don’t arrive and the courier FedEx did not leave a card and website hangs when trying to trach. Lighting Direct have not responded re my complaint and request for refund (over £100!) and no tel no to call - very poor service”
