“Lights arrived in good condition but weren't plug in like I expected. Had to pay £6.50 to return lights which I think is expensive. This has put me off ordering other lights to try from Lighting Direct”

“Rubbish company absolutely no customer service at all! Been emailing for weeks as they charged me £6.99 for next day delivery and it actually came almost a week later. No response from them. I instantly don't trust companies like this as this is how scam businesses treat you. Do not use them”

“The lights are excellent quality, easy to fit. The main problem with some outdoor lights is the waterproof gasket, according to the reviews. These are excellently engineered. Great value for money.”
