“Excellent website and the only supplier I could find for the lamp that I wanted. Delivery was early next day even though I ordered it late in the evening. My only complaint would be that the delivery cost was more than the cost of the lamp - I would have liked the option of a slower delivery at a lower price.”

“After ordering in November and not receiving the lights until the 19 of December I was a little disappointed with the customer service although the product is very good if I use LD again I would like better availability and customer service”

“The light we bought was perfect and exactly as described. Two minor quibbles: 1. Delivery was 5 days late but it was Xmas 2. The sticky pad can damage paint surfaces”

“If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered this light on 21st October, with it being advertised as next day delivery for UK mainland. 2 days later I received an email stating it would be delivered on 18th December. When I email customer service, the same email was copied and pasted as a reply and my latest email has gone un answered, along with Facebook messages. I have just arrived home to 2 heavily battered boxes which state 'fragile' and we have just unboxed it to find a lamp base and a lamp shade, but no stand????!!! Customer Service team - please resolve this immediately.”

“I have not received the light. I have had no significant response to my enquiries. I suspect that your courier has lost or misdirected the package. I will cancel my PayPal payment to Lighting- direct. I know that Lighting-Direct is an online retailer but don't they have a phone ?? As I stated in my previous emails after 10 am tomorrow I will not be at the delivery address”

“Told about multiple delivery dates, not one met. Still no product. Told yesterday I'd have the courier contact me, no communication from anyone today. Called lighting direct three times today, no answer! Sick of these online retailers if I'm honest.”
