“My lights were delayed plus in between me getting them we moved house but they stayed in touch and also changed our delivery address so we had no issues getting them. All well packaged too...not put them up yet but really like them”

“Excellent service over the phone. Sadly I have to return the item due to slight dent on base, plus the wrong plug was supplied for the two pin to fit into (minus a fuse too). Online I do not think it specified a two pin attachment or I would not have bought it due to having a handicapped daughter and for her safety. I have not been able to print out a returns label due to my computer being old and your PDF requires a more modern machine it says. I am going to the library to attempt to print one today. Very nice lady at the company. I will purchase from you in future once more. Nice company.”

“I got in touch with customer services when I realised that the wrong postcode, but correct address had been put on the order. They have failed to reply to 2 emails. Goodness knows where the order is. I will continue to try to get the order delivered but running out of stamina. Hopeless customer service!”

I am sorry you did not receive your order however the post code you used did not match the address hence our carrier could not deliver. A correct address is paramount to ensure successful delivery. We would always suggest that customers take a moment or two to quickly review their orders before finalising, in order to avoid situations such as this. Any customer unfamiliar with shopping online or unsure about how toplace an order can contact us either by phone, web message or email for assistance. We cannot locate the emails you refer to, only one that arrived today at 09:08am this morning, approximately twenty minutes ago. I understand you are frustrated with your error however this is not something we had control over. Your order is already on its way back to our warehouse so unfortunately it would have been too late to alter the postcode at this stage. We will contact you directly once it has been received. “Had terrible problems with Hermes the delivery service,waited in for three days for parcel to come which it did not.Contacted Lighting Direct and the staff were excellent and sorted it all out.My advise would be to get another delivery service as this let's you down.it would put me off buying anything else which is a shame.”
