“Excellent service. I did not think about the size of the light when I bought it. A phone call to Lighting Direct and a very helpful operator. She forwarded me to the sales department, and I ordered the one I had measured. An email from their returns department pointing me to the couriers site to print off a returns label. Took the parcel to my local Co-Op, job done and painless.”

“Ordered the lights on Friday afternoon about 2 o?clock and chose free delivery 3-5 days get the notification later that day to say they had been dispatched and would be delivered next day between 2-4 o?clock , which they where . Not only great service but the best price too”
