Again, please accept our apologies. Our warehouse made a packing error and you received an order not intended for you. Thank you very much for letting us know. I am sorry you were not happy with the service you received from us. On being notified, we booked a collection for the unwanted goods once you provided us with a convenient date. The collection I understand went ahead successfully. As with all businesses, periodically we make mistakes, but our focus is on doing our best to resolve queries as quickly as possible which I believe we did in this case. “As far as delivery goes I have never dealt with a company with a faster delivery time, including Amazon, and I have had two deliveries from them recently. They appear to be a very efficient organisation. My only criticism would be when looking for lampshades I could not find the LED wattage rating, which makes it impossible to buy. I don't know whether that applies to all the lampshades, that was just my experience. But overall I would certainly recommend this company.”

Thank you for taking the time to comment. However, your order was delivered to the address supplied when you completed your transaction on-line. Please refer to your order confirmation, which reflects the information provided to us. Thankfully the person who received the goods contacted us to advise they were not theirs and I understand arrangements are now in place for the package to be retrieved. I understand your frustration at your error however we dispatched your order as we are obliged to do exactly as per the information supplied to us and thus are not at fault. It's probably worth taking a few moments after placing an order on-line to review the details therefore ensuring situations such as this do not occur. Kind Regards Patricia

“I think the service is non existent, I have now waited over a week for 1 single light ? Hermes whom you use are absolute rubbish, making promises of deliveries and not attending, my Wife has wasted a lot of hrs waiting in for nothing, we will not use you again”
