“Very disappointed with the customer service. Have emailed several times how, to no avail. The lights were advertised as being indoor/outdoor but when they arrived, they were described as indoor. This is not what I wanted. Since then I have emailed and still no reply”

“My order did not arrive next day as expected but the lady I spoke to at lighting direct was so helpful. She also got part of the order delivered on a Saturday before midday. This got me out of trouble.”

“I haven't ordered from Lighting Direct before but I was very, very impressed by the speedy delivery, (I live in Scotland) and the quality of the outdoor wall lights I ordered. The package arrived within two days and the lights are super quality, heavy and solid in construction and are very contemporary looking. Delighted.”
