“Fantastic service, free delivery in less than 24 hours. Ordered 2 light fittings that were of very good quality and as described. Although individually very well packed the 2 parcels were then put into a huge box which was difficult to get through our front door! Surely you have various sizes of packaging available to avoid such waste.........”

“Ordered a dusk to dawn light switch it was delivered 16 hours after order. Unfortunately it was not compatible with my light returned it and refund was completed within 24hours , the best service I have witnessed in a long time thank you”

“when purchasing the product it stated that " buy it now and receive it by the following day" and it still says it now if you look. I am sure it will say somewhere else that this may not be the case. It is very misleading and incorrect statement.”
