“Customer service from lighting direct was pretty good however we received no confirmation of dispatch. FedEx the logistic provider did not provide any tracking information or dispatch email to confirm that order was out for delivery”

Thank you for taking the time to respond to the request for feedback. All customers are sent an email advising of the dispatch of their purchase. This email also contains the FedEx details allowing the customer to track their purchases. If this did not happen in your case I apologise.
