We were advised on the 6th June you had purchased the wrong product. Within twenty four hours we had issued the returns details and arranged the collection of the erroneous product. I am sorry if you feel our service was lacking in some way. I understand your frustration at your mistake. I am sorry you are unhappy with the screws supplied with the light fitting, as explained the screws are designed to slightly protrude from the fitting and are therefore correct for this fitting however if you are unhappy with this please contact the customer service team who can advise return details in accordance with our Change Your Mind policy. “Website was easy to navigate and apply filters to find what we were looking for. Would help if there was an obvious indication as to whether the product was in stock. However, on contacting the company re stock position received good service and light was delivered ahead of predicted date.”

“The service from Lighting Direct was good unlike the product we purchased. After contacting them on the phone - I explained that although I loved the light we could not figure out how to actually put it up on the wall. The assistant was very helpful & asked if the fitting instructions were in the box. I explained that they didn't help at all & she offered us technical support. We declined & she authorised the return. After receiving the authorisation number I then spoke to the same person who arranged for collection of the products purchased.”
