“I think the product is really good We eventually installed it in our under stairs storage space, and it comes on automatically each time we want something from there. The amount of light it gives is more than adequate. My only gripe is the instructions that go with it. I wish this company would write their own version of instructions, it would save us a lot of time.”

“I ordered some picture lights and two wall sconces. Delivery was prompt and the goods were well packaged and as described on the website. I was very pleased with the picture lights, but didn't like the sconces and am trying to return them, and this is where I have run into a problem. Everything to do with ordering and delivering runs smoothly, but returning goods is a major operation. You have to obtain a returns number, which you have to print out and affix to the box. They do not provide free returns, which I suppose is fair enough; but they offer a service whereby you can have the goods picked up at your home and taken back (for a fee). For this they give an e-mail address. I am still waiting for a reply. In the end I'm going to have to post them, which is an annoyance and probably a costly one. I wish they were a bit more user-friendly in the returns department; for the rest, the experience was a good one.”

I am sorry you have found our returns process difficult. This is not feedback that we have had from other customers. We supply a returns number on request - the customer then has the choice of choosing our FedEx door to door collection service or using one of the three other carrier options we suggest on our returns email. Links to these alternative services are provided for our customer's convenience to facilitate ease of booking. To use the FedEx option a phone call, email or web message to us and this will be immediately arranged. Should a customer wish to use any other "signed for" service they are free to do so. We sent returns details to your on Wednesday 6th @ 16:13 and were waiting for your further instructions. “Everything from placing my order to receiving them! The order arrived quicker than I thought? Have had a quick peak at everything and they all look exactly like they do on line. Exceptional quality!
