“Prompt delivery. Items as described but the light bulbs included were screw type where's the light fittings required bayonet type bulbs. I did not think this worth pursuing and went and bought the correct bulbs elsewhere.”

I understand you have already bought the correct ones elsewhere however I will today be despatching two with the cap fitting that you should have received with your purchase. “Quick, safe delivery. Informative on-line site. Only issue with installation instructions that mention three connections but five available although two clearly labelled N & E. The other three are 1, 2, 3. For Info (and logicaly) number 1 is the correct connection for the L cable. An email query to customer services was quickly re-routed to technical services and a reply received within an hour.”

“I found it confusing that I bought products from lighting direct and got an invoice from Lyco. Then when I tried to log into my account with lyco was told I didn't have one.”

“The product arrived OK in its own box. It was then packed in another box which was not suitable and had been damaged. This appeared to be not a box but just wrapped around cardboard. The packer who did this needs to be trained in doing a better job.”

“This LED Light is very 'cold blue light' - a warm light would be better The delivery took three attempts as drivers did not find my house - a space to give clear directions would help”
