“Speedy delivery. Great product. However, I needed to return the light I ordered as it wasn't the right colour and had to organise courier collection at my own expense. It's difficult when buying online to know if an item is going to right when you get it and for that reason I believe online orders should come with free returns.”

“Order placed , items arrived within 24 hours , excellent. Two bulbs were not working informed Lighting-direct who stated replacement bulbs would be sent after weekend. Had to phone again on the Tuesday to re- order bulbs as they had forgot to sent them. Awaiting bulbs arrival today. That said very impressive service and I would order again .”
