“I bought a light fitting for a client, but on receipt it was not as described. Customer service used the usual reply "we are sorry its not what you were expecting" Poor deal all round and left me out of pocket.”

This fitting is described on our website as a ?5 light chandelier in clear acrylic glass??. Admittedly we made an error at a point further down and described the droplets as ?glass?instead of ?acrylic glass?, an error for which I have apologised profusely and do so again now. This was changed on our website immediately you brought it to our attention. We have now collected this item via our carriers, refunded you in full and made every attempt in the various communications back and forth to bring this matter to a conclusion that is satisfactory to you. Customer Service excellence is of the utmost importance to us, feedback on this very forum is testament to that, and therefore it is disappointing that you appear to feel our response to your feedback was less than satisfactory.
