“Small product sent in a giant cardboard box. I no longer required the strip light when I got it so wanted to return it. I was advised to return it in the same box in case it was damaged in transit. This cost £6. I was also told it would ?take a while? to get a refund because of an imminent warehouse move. I have a feeling that there is more hassle to come.”
