“Easy to use website and good choice of lights. Annoying part is if you choose their 5-day free delivery they don?t dispatch the order until day 4 - and by the same DPD method that they would use if you paid for other choices of delivery dates! How does this cost them any less to deliver? Not good customer service!”

“Payment was taken in two parts which got the bank fraud team enquiring why. After speaking to your customer care team I had to phone fraud team and explain it to them. Surely you can take full payment by your accounts dept.”
