I am sorry to hear you have not yet received your order. Having checked the DPD tracking information it would seem they tried to deliver on 25th March at 17:03 and again on 26th March at 12:42. Unfortunately when you did not respond to their request for contact thy arranged for your order to be sent back to us. “The service for delivery was fine the product is totally not as expected , the lights are more industrial looking than I expected but as they were being placed at first floor height I went ahead and let the electrician fit them as it was really for the lighting effect that I had purchased them , they are nothing like what I expected or as advertised in the picture certainly no more than a basic light , infact the £15.00 ones that I took down from band q were better I paid £70.00 each for these as I thought they were going to give me an up and down light effect , they definatly don?t”
