“Attempted to contact them 3 times, left 2 messages, never responded. Eventually sent them an email, which they did reply to in 24 hrs and provided a 10% discount. The experience has left me wondering what it will be like if I ever have warranty issues and want to speak to them.”

“Excellent range of choice, and at good value against competitors. Also liked use of courier DPD who were able to provide a 1-hour delivery timeslot, and stuck to it! This was not the first time I had used Lighting Direct, and I'm sure it won't be the last; thank you.”
