“Quick delivery and a nice product but sadly the wiring in the light body was incorrectly labelled and it took an age to get somebody to clarify what was going on.”

“The Blenheim floor lamp was received with shade stoved in, although the rest was fine. Had a couple of weeks wait for its replacement, but received this time in good condition. I am now very pleased with the lamp - looks good in my cottage. Many thanks.”

“excellent service. good quality light fittings. I tried to place one order but special offer required me to place three separate orders to get the discount. As a result, there were three separate deliveries....all free, so LD profit margins must have been lower as a result ?”

“the time slot given for delivery was spot on and if it had worked good. unfortunately the driver was in that much of a hurry he only had time to leave a note to say he didn't find us in (we were) and we could collect the parcel the next day at a collection point 3 miles away from us ( we left a note on their system to leave in shed if not in). This also meant printing off a collection voucher. i might as well have gone down to the shops and bought what i required. Also what if we didn't have a printer?”

“When ordering my item I was told there would be a weeks delay. This became several months, but I was not updated on this until I complained. Once delivered the light was what I wanted, was easy to fit, and is serving the purpose intended very well. Shame there was a lack of communication early on.”
