“They had exactly what I wanted to order in stock which is fab and delivery was by courier and fairly quick. I haven?t actually put these lamps in yet, but I?m hoping they?ll be just what I expect & last a nice long time.”

“When making our initial purchase we found the Lighting-direct website clear and easy to navigate. The ordering system was straight forward. The delivery service was excellent. And the lights themselves were just as described, being solid and of good quality. We were given a £10 voucher for use on our next purchase. As we were in the middle of a big renovation project we bought two more lights. This experience was every bit as good as the first one.”

“the shaver light turned up absolutely fine, the light bulbs ordered at the time I am still waiting for. I think its the transport but no feed back. No reply from lighting direct dispite sending them an E mail”

“Fast delivery, faulty products, no replies to customer service messages other than an automated response. Customer Service is the key to a great business..... sadly this is lacking. If you can't reply to your customers, employ more people.”

Good Afternoon, Thank you for leaving your comment and we are sorry you were not satisfied with our response time. Our office opening hours are Monday-Friday 8.30-5.30. We received your email on Saturday evening. We responded to you when we came back in this morning, exceeding our 3 working day response time. The bulbs you purchased have a very low failure rate so it is very unusual to have 4 of the 5 fail in such a short period of time.
