I recieved the blind with a piece missing and I have been back and forth with your staff trying to get the it sent out. I'm asked to send pictures of my order and get sent different instructions and told I'm not missing a piece which I clearly am. Why do you need to ask what order you sent me? Shouldnt you know? Very dissapointed.

Stop asking me about my experience when I haven't even received the blind yet! So does this mean you aren't sending it having taken my ££? This is at least your second request for feedback when I do not have the product but have paid for it!!!!!!

Still waiting for our replacement slats over a week ago i placed the order .. Advised despatch from their warehouse 12/03/24...advised delivery would be a further couple of days later... Order placed 02/03/24... Bit slow in my opinion especially when it's a stock item!! Will follow up once they arrive!!

Sorry for the mis-undestanding these are made to measure which can sometimes cause a little delay. Everything is custom-made. I hope you now have them and you are happy with your blinds.

While the blind was okay, the company inundated me with emails and texts. Hard sell despite me unsubscribing to everything and doubling that up with emails.

Had to chase as not updated. Then instead of phoning was sent email stating will be delay of further week and no delivery date due to courier firms being so busy yet I ordered other blinds from different company on same day and received 4 days later ( incl weekend)

Hi I am so sorry you didn't leave a name or a number we don't have record of this. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
I ordered a 'made to measure' roller blind so it would be the correct size and avoid rough cut edges, it was supplied having clearly been cut with a pair of scissors. The mechanism is not properly centered on the roller so it bobs up and down slightly when in operation. All in all you get what you pay for and this is poor show from a British company!

Hi there Sorry about the finish on the blind. Our blinds are cut by a guilottine but the finish does look bad. Did you get a remake? Sorry about the issue.

They send me a blind that wouldn’t even fit a dolls house, I think someone having a laugh at my expense. The blind can’t even fit anywhere else in the home. They need to get their measurements right. I need the situation sorted ASAP

No product received yet Lots of emails I did not request so many that I unsubscribed Request for review prior to receiving the product

We certainly don't want our customers to feel overwhelmed by our emails or to feel that we are pushing for a review before the product has even arrived. I hope you have now got your blind?
Blinds were delayed nearly a month after ordering. Still havent received them and then when offered an alternative the additional cost wasnt covered. 2nd time ive ordered from them and its the 2nd time the order has been delayed for weeks. Dont advertise the delivery time when it cant be kept.

Nightmare. My order wasn't standard so I called as soon as I placed it to check that they were able to manufacture what I needed, I was assured there would be no problem. My order arrived, the blinds were lovely but not what I requested however the issue could be easily remedied with more chain. I contacted them and they said they'd sort it. I was happy with the service from Jake so placed a second order for more blinds, including blinds for my elderly mother. The second set arrived, all looking beautiful however one set was sewn instead of pressed/ welded like all the others. Also, incorrect again. Normally, I wouldn't fuss but the quality of the sewing was shocking so I contacted them and asked for the sewn set to be re-made (pressed/ welded) to match the rest. Unfortunately, I was then told that some of my chosen fabric was not suitable for welding and would come apart over time so needed to be sewn. This now meant that the all my blinds (some hanging in my windows by this point) needed to be re-made. After much back and forth (and the implication that this mess was my own fault for having a non-standard order- even though they assured me they could do it), I asked Jake to refund the section of my order that they acknowledged was faulty and I would go elsewhere as so much had gone wrong. Jake refused to refund unless I returned the faulty blinds which I have done. I have sent photos, proof of collection and still heard nothing on the whereabouts of my refund, despite emailing them. I am now hundreds of pounds out of pocket, struggling to get replacements before Christmas and living in a fishbowl in the meantime. My house now looks like something off the Shameless set and the family can't get changed in their rooms without flashing our 'goods' to the world. I know Christmas is the time for sharing but I'm not sure this is how it is meant to be. If you have standard blind order, I'm sure they're great. If you need something slightly out of the norm or you need money back, I wish you all the luck in the world. Merry Christmas, Kelly The Goldfish

So sorry Kelly we have refunded you for the slats with the sewing you were unhappy with I am so sorry some of our fabrics are welded and some are sewn I am so sorry about this issue as it is not normally an issue but sometimes matching up with an old order which has a different finish you can end up with blinds with different finishes. Sorry again
Blinds sent with wrong instructions in, emailed and had new instructions sent but to measure you need to know spring size and there is no reference to this anywhere. Emailed with no response, called at 4.45pm and was told that was the out of hours line and they can't answer. Very poor service, been waiting to install my blinds for 2 days now

The eta on the website of when blinds will be made and dispatched does not match with the actual eta. The blinds I order over a week ago have still not been made yet. It’s a standard Velux blind, standard size. There are other blind sites who can do next day delivery for the same price. You also get sent daily spam from Lifestyleblinds which have nothing to do with your order, or even ask for a review which inspired this when they haven’t dispatched the blinds yet. I contacted customer services and was told I would be waiting at least another week before it is made. If I had faith in getting a refund I would have cancelled by now, but other reviews say this is not easy to get. Hopefully I’ll end up with my blinds but I will never use this company again.

So sorry Michael. We do feel that this wording on every page of the website relating to blinds for Keylite windows is clear but we will try to tweak the wording to make it clearer. ***Our blinds are NOT compatible with white pvc Keylite® windows. These codes will begin with PO or TO***
I ordered my blinds 16th April 2022. It is now 6th May. I have only had one update, that the blinds have been made on the 24th April. I have had no updates since. I have contacted the company who said they should be with me on May 5th at latest. They haven’t turned up. Again I have been in contact with the company. They’ve chased it up and hopefully they will be with me 12th May. How can it take nearly a month to make two simple roller blinds? And with no communication about delays or anything? Poor service, I won’t use again
