“I recieved the blind with a piece missing and I have been back and forth with your staff trying to get the it sent out. I'm asked to send pictures of my order and get sent different instructions and told I'm not missing a piece which I clearly am. Why do you need to ask what order you sent me? Shouldnt you know? Very dissapointed.”

“As the first blind I ordered came too wide I was sent a second one free but although the roller part was reduced the blind wasn't. Therefore I gave up and have lost £70. Instructions for measuring were confusing.”

“Not the quality I expected. Method used to seal channels not very robust and slat fabric easily detaches. Carriers used to attach blinds to rail had to be changed as too big to be inserted into carriers in the rail. Handling the slats caused creases despite being very careful. All in all the fitting was not easy but the end result is acceptable. Blinds do what they are intended to do and with a bit of glue are OK.”

“Sent wrong brackets, wouldn't admit to sending wrong brackets. This went on for around 1 month I had to drill through the head of the top rail to fix as it was for a rental property and needed to get the blind up.sent numerous images with mark ups on to highlight the small size bracket asked for them to do the same but nothing back just resent the same brackets. They do reply to the emails I sent but seems to be when contacting the warehouse staff the communication is lost.”

“I ordered replacement slats for vertical blinds in white. However when they arrived they were cream and a different pattern. I contacted them and their customer service was excellent. They were very quick to replace them with the ones I originally ordered. Very pleased with the quality and finish. Would definitely recommend.”
