“Order information does not include estimated delivery date, why not, this is normal practice. How will I know when my order is completed and shipped, unless you tell me? Why are you asking me to review your company before I have even received the product I purchased?”

“They are really good blinds. But there were a few areas light was leaking through and there was a little area where the material was creased. I also found where you pull it down a little stiff.”

“Used them before. Very good quaity blinds and good service. I have just two small complaints, one fo the bottom weights broke, but i know when i phone they will replace. The other thing was that the weights and chains came all assembled , which makes hanging very hard, shaould pack weights and chains seperate. Had to take weights of and disconnect chains to hang, Apart from that very good.”
