“Not delivered yet so cannot comment very much but so far so good. However, cannot find an anticipated delivery day anywhere. It may be there somewhere in one of the emails or one of the attachments but I cannot see it. Not concerned at this stage as not desperate for it.”

“Very pleased with the replacement slats I ordered. Been looking for good quality , easy to fit and clean blinds and have been caught out by the generic replacements which seem to be out there. “Started well with helpful customer service but had problems ordering on line so phoned and was able to place and pay for my orderl. The initial telephone contact is prompt but getting to the right person is not good so on 1 call I waited 30 mins for a return call.before trying again.. However couple days later got a phone call saying 1 of the blinds was discontinued yet it was still on the website! They would send samples but then I got email saying my whole order had been refunded. At this point I gave up and have gone elsewhere. I am waiting for my refund.”

“Excellent product and service - blind looks great at my seaside flat. Only negative comment I would make is the fitting instructions could be clearer. I'm pretty competent at DIY and have fitted blinds before, so not much of an issue for me, but they could be clearer. The fittings themselves though are the best I have used.”
