“I have previously bought corded roller blinds from Lifestyle, and they are attractive and work well. On this occasion I bought three cordless roller blinds. They are also attractive, but it was a bit of a nightmare to get them working. If I did one thing, they didn't come all the way down. If I did something else, they wouldn't go all the way up. And if you don't press the plastic locking pin in *very* firmly, you get that terrible "grrrng" noise as the spring unwinds, and you have to start again. I did open a help ticket (their system is good that way), and by the time they came back to me with a helpful video, I had resolved the issue, at least well enough for now. So, nice blinds, very good price, excellent support, but terrible instructions that need some user experience engineering.”

“The blinders are great quality (I got the PVC ones) and so easy to install the only downside was the lack of screws, I expected to get them with the brackets but luckily I had some that were suitable”

“Brilliant blinds and easy to put up (roof windows) but it wasn’t made clear when ordering a certain size you have to order additional rail as the length isn’t long enough. So we now have to buy that too.. for extra ££”

Sorry Jason. Totally understand what you are saying. Tuffnells take our longer lengths I will check our settings with them so the description of the goods is clearer.
