“Helpful team. Good product but not exceptional. First blind sent was faulty but replaced quickly. Had issue with valance which wasn't properly resolved but accepted that they were reliant on the factory.”

“Poor initial performance - 3 week delivery, package lost in transit, damaged slats on arrival - compensated by excellent response to queries and issues dealt with by immediate return emails. Thanks Naomi. The blinds are of good quality and I will be ordering two more in the near furure. I'm hoping the supply side matches customer service this time.”

“Look really good. Easy to put up.make the room look much brighter. However they were a quarter of an inch shorter then I orded but they still fitted. To be honest that quarter inch shorter allows me a space to dust window ledge without having to open them.”

“I’ve placed two orders for blinds. Quality of the product is very good and pricing is reasonable. Did take a couple of weeks for our orders to be shipped but I didn’t mind that. For the second order there was a delay with one of the materials but the customer services rep contacted us to apologise and they shipped the order out in two parts so we only had to wait for one set of blinds. I would recommend this company.”

“Blinds are lovely! Unfortunately discovered one of the bottom strings broken when I put them up, so slightly disappointed. Took blinds down and rehung so break facing window. Would have rated 5 star but for this.”
