I have previously bought corded roller blinds from Lifestyle, and they are attractive and work well. On this occasion I bought three cordless roller blinds. They are also attractive, but it was a bit of a nightmare to get them working. If I did one thing, they didn't come all the way down. If I did something else, they wouldn't go all the way up. And if you don't press the plastic locking pin in *very* firmly, you get that terrible "grrrng" noise as the spring unwinds, and you have to start again. I did open a help ticket (their system is good that way), and by the time they came back to me with a helpful video, I had resolved the issue, at least well enough for now. So, nice blinds, very good price, excellent support, but terrible instructions that need some user experience engineering.
