“Ordered blinds from lifestyle blinds, very easy process. Never heard from them again until the blinds turn up on our doorstep. The blinds when opened and hung are very good. Look really nice in the window. Apart from not hearing from them , a very good experience.”

“Blind was incorrectly built when we received it (it was installed into the casing upside down). The facade was also poorly fitted and looked a bit scruffy”

“Very good service , could do with more information with pictures : ie small face & large face , if ordering replacement slats & need wand u need to change rail & they say u cannot order separately . Despite going back & forth several times on text messages & few phone calls service is good in communicating . As for delivery , it is still in process . They have several manufacturers to make ur orders , which I was not expecting .”

“Sent for a number of free samples which arrived dry quickly. Nice to ba able to see what the colours look like in the various rooms. I will be putting in an order soon.”

“Order took longer than expected to arrive and 2 of the 3 blinds ordered were the wrong size, wrong design and wrong colour and do not reflect what was written on the invoice that came with them. Trying to resolve the issue with the company has lead to multiple insinuations of customer error despite photos proving otherwise. Currently on 3rd email sent with photos and no closer to resolution. Requesting a full refund and do not recommend.”
