About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“Service very good & really like the range of items on offer. However I sent the gift to the Republic of Ireland & I have had to pay customs charges. I didn’t see any mention of this on the website & thought the higher postage costs reflected this. Just something to be aware of.”

“It was easy to order from overseas. I missed the message part but after contacting the company the lady confirmed she had added a message for me. It arrived promptly and the recipients were very happy with it.”

Dear Joy, Thank you for your comments. The tracking should have come automatically to your email via Royal Mail. We're ever so sorry if this didn't come through or went to a spam folder. I have sent this to you now via email. The parcel is showing as delivered on 3rd March, the day requested when ordering. “I ordered some valentines brownies for my other half for Valentine’s Day and was appalled to see this message written on my card to him. What a disgusting message to have on cards being send out to customers on Valentine’s Day. Inappropriate. Will not be ordering again. Unacceptable.”
