About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“I was sent letterbox gift and loved it so much I purchased for two friends recovering from surgery. The recipients love them too! I would have preferred a more user friendly tracking system and notification of delivery.”

“My order has still not arrived and was due to be delivered on the 15th December to a friend who is dying from cancer. I have tried to contact you by email and phone with no response - so understandingly not impressed!!!”

Dear Vanessa, I am so sorry if this was delayed. I have checked on the tracking for your order and it is showing as delivered the day after on the 16th. We have experienced a few delays over the Christmas period so occasionally some deliveries were slightly late. I can see we have received an email from you and this has been responded to. “I was thinking of sending flowers for an 80th Birthday ,but thought she would receive lots of flowers . I required something different and Letterbox gifts was perfect .A super choice of gifts spoilt for choice . I settled for the macaroons and they were a fanatics a hit so much it will be considered not only by me again ,but my friend also will use Letterbox Gifts . They arrived on time I had booked delivery for later , and was told the packaging was excellent very impressed . Well done !”

“I wanted to give zero stars but it is impossible to do as you can’t actually leave a review if this option is clicked. Appalling service. Gift ordered on 3rd Dec. Email sent 9th to say on it’s way. Due to be delivered 12th. Still not arrived. This was before the ‘Christmas rush’ to blame Royal Mail. No response to emails and telephone messages left. Very poor.”

“Sadly, probably due to carrier inefficiencies, the birthday gift arrived 5 days late. Not the system to use close to Christmas, clearly, although the date was only just into December.”
