They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“I was pleased with your service but not the Post Office! They did not deliver through the letterbox although it was big enough so it could have been done. They left a card to rearrange delivery or for it to be collected from a sorting office. I am cross about it as the whole purpose was defeated! It was not your fault though”

“Ordered 2 boxes at the end of November as Christmas presents for parents I can't get to visit because of covid. Both arrived absolutely last minute on 23/12 and 24/12 which was very stressful as thought they wouldn't arrive in time. Delays in post are understandable but not 3+weeks so wouldn't order from this company again”
