About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“I have only left a 3* review because of the following - I chose this site as I knew the recipient wouldn't be in, so as the name suggests, Letterbox gifts, it would fit through the letterbox. It wasn't through the letterbox and instead there was a card left so the recipient didn't get the gift until 3 days after the event. Had I known this was going to happen I may have chosen a different site”

We are always looking for ways to ensure that the gifts are posted directly to recipients through the Letterbox and clearly state on our outer packaging that the boxes are designed to post straight through. Unfortunately the Royal Mail officer delivering the parcel makes the final decision on whether it's suitable to post through the letterbox, we are sorry to hear that in this instance it wasn't posted through. “The gift was well received, but it wasn’t put through the letterbox ( the whole point of me choosing this company!) When I informed customer service they said it was the judgement of the postman. Luckily the recipient was in.”
