About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“Bought as a gift - recipient say it smells lovely .. good services … asked for delivery on certain date however arrived the day after chosen date. Possibly due to snow / Royal Mail - may be worth having option to pay for specific date - ie helps when it’s for a birthday gift”

“We ordered a letterbox gift for our daughter who lives in Sheffield - she had been quite unwell with covid and wanted to cheer her up. We chose Letterbox after having browsed "Sheffield gifts". There was a good choice of gift hampers available, it was easy to make a selection and we were very happy with the choice, as was our daughter when she received it. The reason for the four stars, other than five, is that the delivery, which we booked for the Saturday morning on the Letterbox Gifts website didn't arrive until the following Monday. It seems to have gone from Sheffield to Warrington then back to Sheffield Post Office, where it stayed until the Monday (the PO tracking app really worked well!).”

“I use this company a lot for Corporate team gifts; birthdays/get well soon/ thank yous and also for personal stuff too and they are brilliant - great gifts, great value for all sorts of occasions and delivered on time - if there are any issues (and it wasnt their fault) Eleanor is very fast at responding.”

Hello, Thank you for your review. As your gift was purchased during a weekend, it was dispatched on Monday using a tracked48 service so it arrived as early as possible. There is an option to upgrade to next day delivery at checkout. Best wishes, Letterbox Gifts
