About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“Bought as a gift. The recipient loved it, they said it smelt amazing. They could smell it even before they opened it. Was despatched straight away and my friend received it the very next day. Will definitely be coming back for future gifts. Great products & service.”

“I haven't seen the gift yet as it was a gift for someone else but I wasn't very pleased that it was just left outside the front door and not posted through the letter box...I thought that was the whole point of a letter box gift!! Luckily it wasn't stolen but it could easily have been!!!”

Hello Sally, Thank you for your review. I'm very sorry to hear that the postie left the gift on the door step. Our gift sets are designed to fit through standard sized letterboxes and our outer postal sleeve clearly states that they should be posted through the letterbox. Dear Esther, We're so sorry to hear the gift set was delayed in delivery. It was dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked48 service (the upgrade to next day delivery was not selected). Unfortunately due to ongoing Strike Action with Royal Mail they are experiencing huge backlogs at the moment. We're doing everything we can to get them to get our parcels moving sooner and we're also looking at alternative couriers for future orders.
