“The wool I am happy with but the service I am not. I had a delivery of 32 balls of wool, my last order, and as the bag was not up to the job love lost two balls. I have sent two text to you and no response so I am upset, I am of to minds about ordering agiain.”

Hello, Apologies you were missing two balls we received your email on the 6th of April stating that you were missing the balls we replied on the 8th of April and said we could resend the balls or issue a refund, please email us at sales@laughinghens.co.uk so we can resolve this issue. “An excellent website that shows worked examples of the yarns. Lots of top quality brands Delivery to Canada was about 10 days, which I consider speedy. Good communication throughout that process as well. Will buy from Laughing Hens again.”
