“Postage options not made clear on website and completely ignored my special delivery instructions so not shared with delivery company. Owner admitted her mistake but didn’t go far enough to keep me as a customer.”

“The wrong colour yarn was sent - ginger - when I had ordered the last 6 balls of pennyroyal. Although I phoned laughing hens as soon as I received the yarn they no longer had enough stock of the correct colour. A better substitute colour was then sent. Everyone I have told about this asked if I was given a discount but I wasn't. Very disappointing .”

“Bit disappointed as cardigan not working right even though I am using cotton. Have contacted Patons for some tips. Will keep trying not going to give up on it The shawl in the second book having difficulty as never worked in the round before. I usually like to see my patterns first. It didn’t state when I was looking that it was for advanced knitters. Disappointed as I probably won’t continue it”

“I ordered yarn on March 14, 2019 and it is not April 16 and I still do not have it. I live in the USA so perhaps that is the problem. Unable to track after it hit the US so I do not know if I will ever get it. Sorry this is no reflection on the company but be aware of the lead time if you live in the US.”
