Hello, Apologies you were disapointed in the time it took to receive your order, we do aim to ship between 1-2 working days once an order is placed but this is not always possible at busier times. Once an order leaves us we have little to no control over how long it takes the courier to deliver. Once again though we apolgise yours took a little longer to be delivered. Hello, Having looked at the tracking for the parcel i can see that delivery was attempted on the following dates 14th 15th 18th and 19th of December, it then says that as delivery could not be made they have redirected the parcel back to us we however have not received it. i can only assume it has got lost in transit, i have now issued you with a full refund. “Even though I'm far across the Atlantic and have to pay a little extra in postage, I will always go to Laughing Hens for my knitting supplies. First of all, the Addi Classic circular needles were of the best quality. I didn't realize quite how excellent these knitting needles were until I was compelled to use circular needles from a different maker sold by a different vendor. Addi circular needles have the right substantial feel in the hands while competitor needles feel too small and difficult to hold. The transition from cable to needle on the Addi is flawlessy smooth. Other needles tend to catch a bit. Addi needle tips are perfectly round for smooth rolling to catch stitches while other needles are more pointed and tend to split three ply strands. From Laughing Hens I got ColourLab Yorkshire 100% yarn. I love this yarn. It is soft and yet strong and the strands are flawlessly uniform. Deal with Laughing Hens. The people there are great!”
