“Received the two knitting books by West Yorkshire Spinners today. They arrived sooner than I expected. Very pleased with the shipping time. Both books are beautiful. Many patterns I can hardly wait to knit. The pictures are beautiful. I will be ordering yarn to get started in the next couple of days. My packages arrive much quicker fron your company than they do from Deramores. Will need to look at purchasing more from you. Thank you very much. Debbie”

“This is the first time that I used Laughing Hens and I found the delivery time was poor. I was advised 4days after I placed the order that my order had been despatched it took a week to arrive and when I emailed customer services enquiring about thisI did not get a reply.”
