“Considering my order had no street address on it, I’m extremely grateful you posted it any way.my postal delivery man is a personal friend and he knew where I lived,I had emailed you guys letting you know my address , I was delighted with my Noro#17 mag, cost was amazing, in the book shops here the cost is close to 50.00 NZ, so thanks heaps for you service..merry Christmas”

“Malpractice !! I ordered and paid for 5 Sublime pattern leaflets I received photocopies PHOTOCOPIES joined together with a metal staple I do not recommend Laughing Hens who deceive and cheat”

“Part of the order arrived with no notification that there was a problem with the rest of the order. No contact from Laughing Hens. I phoned them three times to find out where the order was - never an apology for not contacting me. After 6 weeks waiting and chasing I had to cancel the order, request a refund and place the order with the wonderful Wool Warehouse.”
