“The parcel was delivered to the wrong house, which is the fault of Royal Mail, but Laughing Hens were quite dismissive until I posted a picture of my front door, which was very different to the one they posted. It arrived eventually but had been out in the rain and one ball was missing. I had a refund for one ball. I wouldnt order again I'm afraid.”

“I ahve just gotten back into knitting afetr a few years off and was discouraged not to find the sock yarn that made patterns. I use the yarn to make hats for newborn babies. I wasn't able to find in in the USA. Guess the companies are no long making it. I was so pleased to find you ahd some yarn that would work for me. It came all the way over the seas quickly. Thank you!”
