“My order was send quickly and the missing ball too, but as this one was send by Royal Mail the fees were the same as the price of the yarnball 😒. But that's the fault of higher instancies.”

“I found laughing hens to be very affordable and good quality I purchased yarn and had it sent to Canada and the postage was actually less than if I had ordered within Canada so pleased my package arrived in good time thank you laughing hens I will definitely order again when I pick out my next project”

“I ordered and paid for yarn. I waited weeks and weeks for delivery (which never came). Then I get an email saying they received my returned order. Terrible service.”

“You will see my work in progress. Can you explain what is wrong please. I started each sock at the appropriate yellow “lead in”. This is the result. I’m sure my daughter will still wear them but I’m reluctant to buy regia in the future. I must add that I would recommend your company as very reliable. Thank you. Dorothy Smith”

Hello, Many thanks for your feedback and sorry to see your socks have not knitted up as expected. So that we can go back to the manufacturer with a meaningful complaint, please can you specify which of the following you have employed: - starting both socks from the inside of the ball - starting both socks from the outside of the ball - starting one sock from the inside and other from the outside. “I bought my yarn here as it was the best price for the Isager brand. My order came quickly, well packaged and with a nice little personal note which I appreciated. My jumper is almost complete and, yes, I chose a good mix of colours! I would have no hesitation buying from Laughing Hens in the future (probably amongst the first places I would look!).
