“Received the pattern promptly even in Christmas post. I have not started the pattern yet but looks clear concise and a nice colour picture plus diagram. Looking forward to knitting this for my Grandson. I would recommend Laughing Hens and had a very good supply of patterns to chose from and nice to review the books prior to purchase.”

“fantastic wool, well packed, good price - and previously always brilliant service. This time the parcel was delayed in christmas post, which was fine, but LHs failed to respond to 3 emails from me asking about tracking number etc. An unusual lapse in their usual brilliant service, but hey ho, all good now and I have the delivery.”

“Was looking for a dye lot match and emailed a query. Took a while to get an answer but after that everything was great. Helpful customer service and very reassuring when the first payment didn't get completed before I lost WiFi connection. Prompt delivery.”

“Good quality cotton, reasonable priced. The only down side was the colour. The yarn looked turquoise online but it is more of an emerald green colour.”

“The service is excellent and prompt. Unfortunately I had to return the wool because the yarn I received has a colour which is totally different from the colour as featured on the website. There was no mistake in the order. I think the yarn photo was probably taken with much more light as compared to indoors reality. Thank you.”
