“I had ordered two different types of yarn, one of which proved to be out of stock despite there being no mention if this when I placed the order. This has led to a delay and I would have purchased elsewhere had I known.”

“I ordered 6balls of this yarn on line which showed a qty of 10 in stock. But then received an email to say it was completely out of stock, so a little disappointed. I phoned laughing hens with an alternative choice which was available which I then received within 48hours so was happy in the end.”
