“I do wonder why you have sent me this as I am frustratingly waiting on a second ball to arrive .. order placed 4 th May.on 14th told 2nd. Ball to be dispatched within 10-14 days . Still no sign . I have since had to source the wool elsewhere and it arrived within 24 hrs . It would have been helpful to know before the first ball was dispatched that there was a problem as I would have cancelled the order as I am knitting for an imminent new baby .”

“It's a pleasure to shop at Laughing Hens! Not only is the selection very fine, but the service is prompt and courteous. Also I LOVE ordering to have yarn and pattern books sent to Canada, as the dispatching charges are so reasonable compared to other yarn emporiums. Thank you! Melanie”

“Very helpful, I ordered the wrong colour table cloth and emailed to ask if it was possible to change the colour, someone phoned me the next day to ask which colour I would like. I was very impressed that they bothered to contact me. The table cloth arrived promptly, which I’m very pleased with. I would definitely recommend this company.”
