Hello, I have checked all of our mail boxes and can not find an email from your self, apologies the yarn was not like the colour ordered, we have to use images from our suppliers and sometimes there can be a difference. We do state that items can be returned if they are unwanted as long as they are in a saleable condition. Kind regards Laughing Hens

“Not your fault- was trying to finish a baby blanket project and needed a baby lemon colour. Unfor tunately, have tried 3 suppliers and all 3 colours are more mustard than lemon. Will find a use for them I’m sure.”

Hello, We can only apologise for this, we have checked our stock and it is all fine and all of our yarn comes in sealed plastic bags, so we will have to get in touch with our supplier. Hello, Apologies you received mixed dyelots we never send these out without checking with the customer first. This was an error on our part, sorry that you feel that by us sending you out all the same dyelot once we were made aware of the mistake by yourself caused inconvenience we were merely trying to rectify the mistake. Hello, Having looked at your order, you have not ordered a pattern. You have ordered the yarn needles and some stitch markers, there is no pattern on your order, if you email us direct i can send you a screen shot of your order to prove this. Kind regards Laughing Hens

“Hi, I found the website easy to use. I got the pattern and wool in good time. However, I was disappointed that I had to pay extra vat because the parcel was coming into Ireland. Other UK sites that I use, always let me know that if I go over a certain payment, the parcel will be charged extra vat by the Irish revenue. This has made me rethink buying from your website. “I’m a three time return customer and I love the baby yarn you offer but I’m a bit hesitant to reorder with how my package arrived to USA this last time. You packaged 14 skeins of yarn in a paper sack that somewhere along the trip had a 10 inch rip in it. Please see pictures I’ve enclosed. I look forward to hearing from you about quality control. Hello, Thank you for your review Apologies your parcel has arrived damaged, we would never send a parcel out like that and can only think this has happened during transit We have recently made the decision to switch from plastic to these eco friendly bags which have been chosen by us for various reasons such as they are 100% recyclable, 100% biodegradable they are also plastic free and planet friendly. We are keeping a record of any feedback we get from customers regarding the packaging, so we do appreciate your comments. Hopefully your experience of damaged packaging is a one off. “Given how expensive Noro yarn is, it was quite disappointing to work with this Malvinas yarn. It was full of little bits of stick, grass and other debris and the yarn was very inconsistent in thickness - there would be huge lumps followed by a stretch when the yarn became too thin for the needles. This made it rather difficult to work with. The yarn was also full of knots - I know this unavoidable but there were four in one ball.”

“Decent products and fast shipping. I had to modify the swift mount to securely hold to a table edge as the wooden screw and threading stripped immediately.
